E' un liquore in cui prevale una nota acuta di ogrumi esotici, ammorbidita e resa più gradevole dagli aromi di fiori ed erbe aromatiche. Liquore dolce da dessert, viene proposto anche per le macedonie di frutta, sul gelato e, soprattutto, nell'impasto di molti dolci.
